open infinity box .

I have been trying to get an infinity box closed for over the past 6-7 months, there has been several technicians that have come out and looked at it. They all say that the internals are mounted to high and they can not close the top. They also say that because a third party installed it, they will not fix it. This top being open leaves the system open to the elements. Every time  it rains we have issues with the service.We are at are wits end . I have called  about this more times then I can count. How do I get this closed?
