Oops, wrong address

Hi! I just moved, and immediately went to set up internet. I just found out though that my building uses Fetch, and I should have given my Fetch address? Is there any way to change this now that the modem and router have been sent out? Fetch says packages might be returned to sender if they aren't through Fetch, maybe there's a way I can intercept and pick up a package at the front door if Fetch tries to deter UPS? Any help would be appreciated, I don't think I can last a return-to-sender situation with no internet..... Thank you so much :)

Hi there, @bxz2500! Thanks for signing up for our service! That's exciting! Welcome to the Xfinity family! You can reroute your package to your local UPS store or a drop-off location using the UPS website and pick it up there. You also have the option to pick up your equipment at your local Xfinity store. If the original modem does arrive in a shipment you would just return it to us. Have you seen a shipping notice come through in your email yet?
