“Onu Fiber Mdm” Still Showing on My Account After Returning My Modem

Hi,
I returned my modem to the Xfinity store on July 23rd — it was just a basic white modem that I got at installation.

But now I see a device called “Onu Fiber Mdm” (Serial#: [Edited: "Personal Information"]) still showing up as not returned on my account.

I’ve never received or used this device. I only had one modem, and I returned it.

Can someone check this and help remove it from my account?

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
