Thanks for reaching out to us, this linkhttps://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting has great information on  how you can troubleshoot your Internet services remotely through our awesome Xfinity app. This will hook you up with our awesome chat assistant that will go through some remote troubleshooting steps to see if your connection issue can be fixed remotely.  If it can't be fixed remotely the awesome chat assistant will connect you with the live chat agent that will work with you to schedule the on site technician visit.

 

Let me know if you were able to get a technician set up to come out and address your concerns

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Did you try rebooting the TV box manually or through the Xfinity app? Is this affecting all programming or just specific channels?
