Only house with an outage in the neighborhood?

There was a thunderstorm that cut off my internet. It seemed to affect some areas far away from my home and only my house in my neighborhood (when I checked the outage map). I can't connect to an agent due to said outage, yet I may have an individual issue only here in my proximity that needs attention to.

If possible, I would like an agent to see the problem or a technician to come check it out.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Zenrgy Thank you so much for your post for help with your connection issues since the recent storm in your area.  I always recommend checking your modem after a storm. If the modem is not receiving power or is not able to receive the correct power that would cause an issue that is detected by our system. This can be caused if there is lightning in the area during the storm. Is the power light on your modem currently Flashing? If so you may want to try to move your modem to a new power outlet. Make sure it is not an outlet that uses a wall switch. After you check that if you are still having issues please let me know!
