Only House In Área With An Outage

"Due to the outage in your area I'm unable to get you to an agent or troubleshoot."

As of 06.20.2026, we have had an internet outage since 06.18.2026. However, we are the only house in our neighborhood/area that has an outage. We wanted to make sure if this was still a "service interruption" issue due to nearby fixes and not some kind of error that is being missed by a default message in the system. 

We cannot "troubleshoot" the error due to the default message in the Xfinity website/app, and turning out internet device on/off does not resolve the issue.
