Online Cancellation help

I made a cancellation call a month ago but can’t return my modem in person myself because I moved out the country. My family returned it for me yesterday but the worker said they can’t give them the receipt because they are not the account owner, and told them that they should ask me to do an online cancellation. I currently cannot make a phone call because the phone service won’t allow to make international calls. Is there something else I can do to get the service and bill completely cancel?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
