Online app and automated system on phone

[Edited: "Inflammatory"] I just wrote an entire paragraph tried to select the tag I wanted. Then conveniently the page has an error. I did it twice just to see what happens and the page errored out twice wants I pressed the tags for terrible service. This really shows me how fake and sketchy xfinity is, they are trying to curate these reviews. Just like this janky customer service and all these fake errors on their [Edited: "Inflammatory"] app . The mobile app is inconsistent and barely works. The voice recording system bullies you to only assist with what can be handled through the automated system. The line is made almost impossible to speak to someone. If you can figure out how to get to someone the agents are helpful but everyone acts like theres no issues with the automated system or the app. Since the page will conveniently error out if I choose certain tags. I going to say it here THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM AND THE ONLINE APP HAVE TERRIBLE ASSISTANCE.
