If you are starting a new account you should be able to access your online account as soon as your order is successful. Your plan details may not be updated until after activation. As for changes made to a current account, you would also get a confirmation email once your changes have been completed and it can take 24 to 48 hours for some details to update. Any changes to a balance would reflect on your next bill. If you did not get a confirmation email and or it has been more than a few days since you made the change let me know!
