Ongoing Issues with Customer Service and Account Communication
I’m reaching out to express my ongoing frustration with the inconsistent and confusing information I’ve received from Xfinity representatives.
I had set up a payment arrangement, yet I received a call about a late payment. When I contacted support, I was told the arrangement wasn’t correctly input into the system. More recently, I received a text saying my service was being disconnected—even though it wasn’t. When I called again, I was told the message was automated, which makes little sense if my account information is accurate and updated.
These experiences have caused unnecessary stress and have made it difficult to trust the information I’m being given. I chose Xfinity only because it’s the sole provider available in my apartment complex—otherwise, I would not have signed up. I’m extremely disappointed not only in the service but also in the high prices for such a frustrating and unreliable experience.
At this point, I would like to speak directly with a manager or supervisor who can review my account, ensure everything is properly noted, and explain how these miscommunications will be prevented moving forward.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
