Ongoing Internet Speed Issues – Main Hub Still Not Repaired

I’ve been dealing with severe internet speed issues for weeks now, and despite multiple attempts to get it resolved, the problem still exists.

So far:

  • I’ve had two technicians come to my home. The second tech confirmed the issue is with the main hub in my area and said he opened a ticket to have it repaired.
  • He told me the hub repair would happen within 48 hours—it’s now been over 3 days, and there’s been no improvement in speeds.
  • I’ve also visited an Xfinity store twice and called tech support five times.
  • On top of that, I was told I’m being charged $100 for the last tech visit, even though the issue isn’t inside my home—it’s Comcast’s own infrastructure.

I’m paying for 1 Gig service but regularly getting around 90 Mbps at best. I’m extremely frustrated that I’m not getting what I’m paying for, and now I’m expected to pay more for a service call that didn’t fix anything.

Can someone from the corporate escalation team please reach out and get this issue truly resolved?
