Ongoing internet connectivity issues

Comcast was working in our neighborhood for about a week in April or May. Since then, our internet goes out at least 3x a day. We have checked all connections. We have unplugged the modem and plugged it back in. We have called to report issues only to have customer service tell us there are no issues. Last week a technician was supposedly being sent out and no one showed.

I would like to look into the technician appointment you mentioned to see what happened there and if we can get you rescheduled. I'll also be able to troubleshoot your internet with you to see if this is something we can fix remotely.

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  2. Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  4. Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  5. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  6. Press Enter to send your message
