OneDrop Coordination Failure and Delayed Service Start
Good afternoon Xfinity Support team and Forums,
I have had an extended delay in getting service started at my address. I've had multiple engagements with online technical support and two technicians appear in person to no avail. I was provided a OneDrop confirmation on 29 July 2024, and there is no customer support, technical support, or in-person technician that has the ability to verify the status of the OneDrop. In-person technicians have all lamented that they don't even know which department it goes to. The second technician re-submitted me for another OneDrop but I'm losing faith, and I'm considering moving to Verizon which is already conveniently installed in the house. Any help clarifying and expediting the installation would be appreciated because I need connection at home to do my job and I'm pushing two weeks of no Internet/inability to do my job. Thank you for your guidance and consideration.
