user_2qozwg To add another device to your Xfinity WiFi, you must first disconnect an existing device, as there is a limit of 10 registered devices. If you see a Device Limit Error page, it indicates you've reached this limit. You cannot manage the registered device list from your account; instead, you need to log in at an Xfinity WiFi hotspot on the device you want to add or use the Xfinity app. If you're a Member or Viewer, contact the Primary account holder for assistance in removing a device.
