one o our tvs won't stay on.

When I turn in the tv, the light comes on and turns off again. I can't get an image on the screen

One of our tvs won't stay on.  When I turn it on, it shuts off automatically.  I get no picture.

@user_jfhij4 Thanks for reaching out to us via Forums. I would be more than happy to help find a solution to your cable box not staying on. So that we don't go over something you've already done, can you please share with me what troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own? Have you by any chance used the Xfinity app to reset the device?
