ONE MOMENT PLEASE
Both of my cable boxes are putting up a "ONE MOMENT PLEASE This channel will be available shortly" message. I've tried tightening the connections, re-starting the boxes and TVs, un plugging the box etc. Nothing is working.

You've contacted the right place for support, and appreciate all the information you have provided it's helpful to know the message you're receiving and troubleshooting steps you've attempted. I definitely like to help get your TV service fixed, so you can enjoy your entertainment programming. I did have a question when you have time to answer:
- Are you experiencing issues with other services, like internet?
The X1 equipment does need an internet connection for it to work properly, and notice issues with my set-top boxes when I have internet connection issues.
- Have you checking the Xfinity App or Xfinity Status center: https://www.xfinity.com/support/status to see for any reported service issues?
