On phone with Xfinity
Talking to live agent right now and he is trying his best to keep me from the retention department it seems almost… I asked straight away to be sent there but he constantly insists that I allow him to figure out the issue so I told him the issue and his best deal is $5 less lol or pay $2 more for 2gb and then states he is “going to talk to his managers and back office team” lol I want retention or is there a retention

When it comes to retention, there is not a direct line to connect you a retention team. As agents, we are all trained to look at available options and find the best one for you to retain your services. I also want to mention that sometimes customers have online offers on that may be better than the offers presented by an agent. You can view these using the Xfinity Plan Builder.
