Talking to live agent right now and he is trying his best to keep me from the retention department it seems almost… I asked straight away to be sent there but he constantly insists that I allow him to figure out the issue so I told him the issue and his best deal is $5 less lol or pay $2 more for 2gb and then states he is “going to talk to his managers and back office team” lol I want retention or is there a retention
