On going issues

Hello,

I still having service issues with my internet and now have billing issue as well.  I called customer service, however she should not understand my concerns. Conversation got nowhere. I had spoken to James C. He has been handling my case. I left him multiple voices mails. Expressing some concerns. If someone could please have him reach out to me or have someone  that can help with my case as well. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated

Hello, I have also emailed  Xfinity support. I have yet to receive any update
