On going issues
What's really infuriating to me is that you "customer service" people never answer a question nor do you ever solve any issues. Every question posted is answered with more questions that's already been asked multiple times. Never have a seen a real solution to anything in these forums, going back multiple years. It's akin to walking up to a stranger and asking them questions about home networking. We have people that specialize in AI and all sorts of wonders, yet Xfinity staff don't have the foggiest clue as to how anything works, everything about their job puzzles them on so many levels
