OMG
I have been a comcast/xfinity customer for 30 yrs. The decline is have been seeing is so disappointing. I am now 1 of the people that I have always heard about experiencing chaos. My bill increased $30 out of no where. I called, set up an auto pay account was told my bill would be $184 for 1 year signing up for auto pay. Now my bill is $207 and I have a $45 late fee. I have never been late on any payment, and I have auto pay, so how can I be late?! Never have I ever received a document to sign to lock into the price, now I feel like I have been hiding under a rock for years. Almost impossible to speak to a live representative, and when I do, I can barely understand a word they are saying. No disrespect to the representative, but, geeze, what the [Edited: "Language"] is going on. So now I have the task of finding a provider for wifi. And the way this issue was handled was VERY unprofessional. What happed to companies caring about the customer. So sad. 30 yrs, out the window, just like that. Wow. Oh, so before you speak with a customer service representative, they always have a recording that this phone call is being recorded. So I asked to listen to the recording I had with the representative setting me up with auto pay and the package that I agreed too. I was informed that those recording are used for other purposes! WHAT IS THE POINT?! Well, thought i would share my experience. Oh and they were raving about how I was a diamond member, blah blah blah..last 2 times I called, was not mentioned once lol.. wow..
