OMG Utterly Ridiculous!!!! ACP app with Xfinity is Impossible!!

I have been trying since May 2023 to get Xfinity to process my approved ACP application. I have spoken with several reps in the ACP Xfinity department and did everything each rep stated needed to be done to FIX THE PROBLEM. Each call its something different. Know they can't even tell me the problem. Basically,  the system shows I don't exits. I guess they ran out of reasons. I did a name change to ensure it matches the approved app. Each attempt I provided my child's information because I qualified under him. An email I received  from Xfinity stating try again after July 18th because Comcast was updating the system to include those who qualify through thier dependents.

I never can get a supervisor. This last time I applied I could see the pending app in billing Section on the Xfinity app. Only to return three days later to see nothing was showing. And they didn't even bother to send me the 5th unable to approve you email. When I called, I was told the system is saying you don't exist. Wth...REALLY!!! I'm beyond frustrated. Again, no supervisor available.

Why won't someone take responsibility, stop and provide proper complete assistance. I have been with this company over 15 years. I exist when funds are being automatically drafted from my bank account. Where is the CUSTOMER SERVICE? How come I can't get a supervisor or someone to help me? Truly heartbreaking.

@XfinityBenjaminM your company is evil. Xfinity makes it impossible to pay the apc rate of 15.00 a month. There is only a short window to pay this acp rate. Pay too soon? Xfinity rips you off charging 45.00 instead of the 15.00 you should pay.

Just apply through acp its self. Xfinity is a joke. I only have it cause I am forced to. No other company allowed through our community. So i have applied and never heard anything so I’m assuming I was denied because my son was just over 18. He is my dependent (stage 4 cancer) our bills was piling up so I was desperate cause when he can get up he likes to watch tv. So then I applied another Time In just my name. So still Xfinity sent no approval email as they told me they would. I would see it on my next bill if  approved. Well applied through acp directly approved in less then a minute. Then they still tried everything not to give it to me today. Well as they tried to double talk and not straighten it out for me. I’m like oh nooo I don’t think so. This is getting fixed now. So after you get approved (snapshot it) go to where you would apply at Xfinity scroll down to where it says I have an application number. Enter it it will ask your name and info and if it’s under your child it will ask you that next! And that’s it submit it. Then if you wanna check act like you are gonna change your plan it will show you right away it is on there and just don’t hit change 😂. They are definitely scamming and really needs to be looked at through the BBB and through a lawyer. I hope this helps. I’ve been trying to get credit for 6 months (we are 12 months in treatment) and has been nothing but a hassle. Hopefully someone looks into this.
