Old modem still linked to my account through Xfinity app

My old modem is still displayed in my Xfinity app and won’t allow me to unpause devices through the app because it’s saying gateway is down please help me resolve this problem

@user_8cd231 Thank you for reaching out to the Digital Care Team. Has the new modem been activated and showing online? Also, has it been more than 48 hours since the change was made?
