Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I hope you are doing great today. I see you have an Xfinity line that you want removed, and we can certainly assist. If the line is damaged or getting torn, we can also have it replaced if you plan to have service in the future.

I ask that you reach out privately so we can cover the details of your location and the line. You can start by clicking the chat icon located in the top right corner of your forums page when signed in. Once there, you can direct your messages to "Xfinity Support." Please add your full name and service address to help us locate your account. Let me know if you have any questions.

I have old phone and cable lines that have been disconnected from my home and are loose around the nearest utility pole. Can I get them removed?
