Old Comcast cables
We are now Switched to XFinity from Comcast cables. I still use mobile and internet services. Bill payments are upto date and regular. There are still old Comcast Cables inside and outside the house.
Do you have a service to remove those cables for old customers like us who has been with Comcast and now XFinity for over 25 years?

Hello, @SenSum, thank you for reaching out to us using the public forum. We greatly appreciate long-standing customers such as yourself, 25 years is quite a commitment, and we want you to know how much it means to us. If you have not already, you can sign up for our Xfinity Rewards program which rewards customers based on that very loyalty. Given the extensive time you have been a customer, you would be eligible for our highest available tier (Diamond). The program is absolutely free and just provides perks to amazing customers like yourself for choosing to stick with us! Here is a bit more information in relation to Xfinity Rewards if you are curious.
I do want to also mention that Comcast and Xfinity are in fact one and the same. The name Xfinity specifically refers to our residential service branch such as TV, landline and home internet, however it is all under the same umbrella of Comcast. That said, you mentioned that you have some cables which are outside your home and need to be removed. Just to clarify, did you have a new installation completed by us which brought in new cables while leaving the older ones still intact?
