old cable line removal

I need to have an old cable line that is not in use removed from my house. A falking tree branch hit the cable and it dropped too low for the garbage truck to pass. I temporarily secured it to the gutter, but it needs to be removed.

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
