Hello I moved and left a high bill at my address. How can I make arrangements for this and allow new tenants to get Internet? The address is blocked due to my bill 

The new tenants can take their lease or mortgage papers, along with a valid photo ID, to a store and show them that the aren't relatives of yours and the CSR at the store should be able to remove the block on the address allowing the new tenants access to setting up service there.
