Old Account was not disconnected when moved
When I moved in March of 2023 to my new address, my old account was not disconnected even though I moved all my equipment to my new address and started service there. I am having trouble finding the right place to contact to get this resolved. I don't look really good at my credit card statements I guess since I did not realize this has been happening for months. Came to my knowledge when I got a new card and then get a late notice from xfinity. Any help in what I need to do to get this resolved would be very helpful.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
