Old account still active

when i log in to pay my bill, it shows my old account, which should have been closed when i moved over the summer.

Hello @user_ol6j11 , thank you for visiting our Forum regarding that online billing issue. It could be that your previous account is showing because it's linked to your profile. Past accounts will remain linked, but you can toggle between accounts. Dose your past account show as active still? To help with switching between accounts, Xfinity created an awesome Walkthrough that you can use a guide to see the steps. I've gone ahead and hyperlinked the word "walkthrough" for you to access that link easily.
