offshore rep initially provided me with the wrong information
I called to switch my plan I realized I was paying for services that I wasn't using and so I had did my research and chose a plan. called the customer service number explained what I seen and wanted the rep advised that I had all the equipment already all I needed to do was to reset and power up. that wasn't accurate. and I haven't been able to use my services and its very disappointing. Even more is the fact that there's been a miscommunication between me and the reps abroad I definitely need someone to contact me asap domestically please or I might have to end my run with Xfinity.
