Hi I paid my bill yesterday and 5pm and I still have no internet. It says offline

Hello @user_n7tzl0, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your internet connection, that can be really frustrating. You mentioned that you've already made a payment, but your services are still not working. Just to clarify, was the payment for a past due balance? If so, was the full past due amount paid?
