Offline support

My internet service goes offline about every other day for the last 10 days.  I must unplug the xfinity router, wait, plug it back in and wait 5 minutes until service is restored in few minutes.  I’ve checked connections, all are tight.  Checked power supply and it’s fine.  Not sure what else I can do.  Please help.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
