Offers for existing customers
I've been an Xfinity customer for over 20 years.
I currently have a plan that includes Internet and TV, and am considering downgrading to an internet only plan.
I chatted with an agent today who said that I'd have to call the Loyalty department to unbundle my services and get internet only.
He also indicated that changing to internet only might allow me to get the new customer prices (e.g., $40 for 300 Mbps).
Do I have to call the Loyalty department or is there a way to contact them via chat?

Hello @tbriggs928 I want to first thank you for the many years of being part of the Xfinity family. I will be more than happy to help you find the best plan and rate for you. To begin, would you mind sending me your name and the address to your account in a Direct message?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
