Offer to Upgrade to xFi Complete, but I already have that

Why I am seeing offer to upgrade to xFi complete when that is what I already have and paying for on my monthly statements?  When I click on the offer on xfinity site while logged in, the account is looking like I don’t have it and can upgrade.  But on invoice/statement, there is a line item for xfinity complete at $25/month.

That is odd, @user_a1z4pc. Is it an offer for xFi Complete at a reduced cost? Do you have multiple Xfinity accounts linked to your Xfinity ID? Are you using the Xfinity app and is this offer showing in My Account online using the website?
