Offer that was made on chat was not honored by xfinity

I spent a long time on a chat with an agent because of my concern over my bill going up again. The agent offered me a deal a package that would be good for five years or 60 months and then after the chat was disconnected none of the offer went through on my account. I then contacted an agent by phone the following morning read the chat Word for Word to the agent And was told that the plan that he quoted me was not available. It got escalated to a special customer service because I am a loyal customer. That specialist was unable to do anything, although he was very efficient and nice and seemed to be understanding. I wound up getting my bill reduced by losing approximately 65 channels and Netflix and my home phone.  I definitely do not feel like a valued customer.
