Off and on service

The utility service in this area are changing telephone poles. He accidentally dropped the line on top of the Xfinity service line since then I’ve had on and off connection in my service. I’ve contacted an Xfinity agent and they won’t listen to the problem. They just wanna send a technician five days from now. How can I get a line man with a bucket truck to come and fix my issue at the pole

user_3r9v12 We appreciate you reaching out to us over our Xfinity Community Forums. Just so you know, whenever our members have a service concern, the first responder will always be a location visit by our local technician team. They will assess the concern, and call in other teams as needed. Our support teams do not have a way to schedule a bucket truck, that is all done at the local level.
