Obtain Cable Card for TiVo

I have been requesting a Cable Card for TiVo for the past several weeks with no success. After several requests i visited a store and a rep helped me navigate to take to a phone rep, who said she placed the order and I would received in 3-5 days. After 5 days with no indication anything had even shipped yet, I followed up via phone & chat, and was assured it was "being resolved", and I would receive a confirming follow up phone call last week. NOTHING. I have had Comcast TV service for a long time and this is my final attempt to get this issue resolved without further delays. Please help

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
