  • What will be my rate increase & when will the next rate increase take place?
  • What is upload & download speeds?

Hello, @user_4negp2 thank you for taking time to create a post. You've contacted the right place for assistance, and those are great questions and want to help answer them for you: 

- When does my current rate end, and what will be the new rate? This information is located on your Xfinity bill, and can be accessed either by logging into your account online or the great Xfinity App. Check the "My Xfinity Service section", which includes your monthly recurring charges for services you subscribe to, including any promotional discounts and when they end. The discount that will be ending will be added to the monthly total once it ends, so you will know the new pricing after the roll off. - What is upload and download speeds? The billing will also show what level over internet service you're subscribed to, and we now have this helpful broadband fact site you can visit to learn more: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/broadband-mobile-facts-labels

- Do you match competitor rates? No we don't match competitor rates, a great way to check available promotions is to sign in to your account either online or through the Xfinity App, then use the plan builder to see what is currently available: https://www.xfinity.com/planbuilder . It is best to be signed in, as this will only show promotions that you would be eligible for.
