NTT issue with FFXIV

I'm having colossal problems with lag and packet loss with ffxiv that's an already established issue for Comcast and it's connection to Square Enix's servers at NTT in California. I should not need to pay a VPN just so my ISP can functionally connect to a single game server. What needs to be done here?

I've gone through this over the phone with your techs, it's not my home setup. I can connect to other sites and apps just fine, it's the singular issue of Comcast's just...inability to not drop nodes from NTT.

It sounds like it's just an issue with that one site. If so, there's a few steps to check such as incognito browser, clearing cache and cookies. Have you contacted their team for any technicial support since you've troubleshot with our team previously?

This problem is pronounced across many xfinity customers for this game in particular, you can search on these very forums for another thread just like this one. The things you're suggesting aren't part of this issue.

Only on this single game, my other network connections run just fine. Whether it be video streaming, music, everything but this single game has no issues.

Thank you for being so helpful, @ghiyelgi. We want things to work great. You spoke of technicians earlier. Have you had visits or spoken with our phone technicians? How are you connected such as a PC to an ethernet cable to a router?
