Nowhere to email this so I will leave it here....
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to you today as a long-time customer of your internet and TV service. I find myself both angry and appalled with this current situation. I feel I have been subjected to dishonest practices, mistreatment, and excessive charges, which have caused me significant distress. This situation is particularly distressing as I am currently currently caring for my wife, who has vascular dementia, and do not need the added burden of resolving these issues. I feel as though you are taking advantage of me because of my age and lack of technology saviness. Until now I have allowed my desire for some form of relaxation using services in my extremely stressful situation but enough is enough.
I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter to thoroughly investigate the dishonest practices and mistreatment I have experienced, as well as the excessive charges. I trust that you will take appropriate steps to rectify this situation promptly.
Sincerely,
Paul [Edit: Personal Information]
