Nowhere to apply code before checkout MC 50

I just signed up for a 1 year internet plan with Xfinity. While I was checking out, I was given the code MC50 to apply at checkout. There was nowhere to enter that code! It says I should have received a $50 gift card if I signed up same day, and that's the only reason why I did. Did this get added to my order automatically? Can this be added to my order if not?

I can't find a way to talk to a real person.. thank you in advance for your help.

Good afternoon user_24zo2q. Did you receive a text message, or email to confirm the order? If so, did it include or mention the gift card incentive?

Yes I did and now I notice that it does have the incentive there. Sorry!!

No worries, at all. I just wanted to make sure. If it did not, we would want to take action for sure. If it does, the gift card offers have a 90-day period where the account would need to remain active, and in good standing. Once that eligibility has been met. The gift card would be sent out within 4-6 weeks. You can check the status here: https://www.xfinityincentivetracker.com/track.
