NOW
I currently have xfinity internet & mobile, and have been trying to convert to NOW internet & mobile. Yikes! After spending over 2 hours on the chat, 15 minutes on the phone, and a trip to the xfinity store, they still can't help me. Apparently I have to cancel my internet service, wait for a new modem to appear, then apply. In the meantime, what am I supposed to do for internet? Why does Xfinity make it so hard to sign up for a service they are offering? If anyone has any tips, please share!
