Now wifi

I recently signed up for now Wi-Fi and was informed my letter shipped and delivered upon arriving home package was not where picture I filed a missing or stolen mail to FedEx now I’m wondering how I can get a new router and get this also situated is there any possible way I can go to an Xfinity store and pick up the router Please help
