NOW Wifi

I purchased NOW wifi 08/15/24..was able to use it for 3-4 days. It kicked me off, and now “xfinity” doesn't even APPEAR in wifi lineup in my settings. Calling that number on your “receipt” is NOT useful! no one is helping you and you’re just getting the runaround.i want my oney back or my services to actually WORK!

I'm happy to  get you in the direction needed to resolve the issue. Are you able to login to your Xfinity App, and select the Xfinity Assistant chat option? Can you please try that, and let me know what you experience?
