NOW WIFI PASS WEBPAGE NOT AVAILABLE
I bought the NOW wifi pass about two weeks ago and I’ve been trying to contact Xfinity support since I haven’t been able to connect my TV, but they haven’t responded to any of my texts and I’ve not been able to use my TV for the last two weeks. Every time I click “connect this device” on the sign in page, I get sent to “Webpage not available”, so I cannot connect my device. Is there any solution to my problem? It feels like I’ve wasted my money

The NOW Wi-Fi pass is not designed for streaming with a smart TV. Since the speeds will vary and are not guaranteed and may be impacted by a variety of environmental and other issues, including congestion. Xfinity does not guarantee that a Xfinity Wi-Fi hotspot will be available in all locations or that a connection will be obtainable.
The goal of the Wi-Fi pass is to provide a functional wireless connection, on the go, for up to 2 devices at a time. If you are needing a solution for home entertainment like a smart TV, you will need a dedicated modem in the home. The Wi-Fi pass not going to meet your needs. Below I included the link to the traditional NOW Internet which offers a dedicated in home gateway providing up to 100 Mbps for $30/mo, or 200 Mbps for $45/mo.

I'm having issue now with one of my phones, everytime I click, I already have a now pass sign in it loads webpage not available with a bunch of letters
