NOW WIFI PASS WEBPAGE NOT AVAILABLE
I bought the NOW wifi pass about two weeks ago and I’ve been trying to contact Xfinity support since I haven’t been able to connect my TV, but they haven’t responded to any of my texts and I’ve not been able to use my TV for the last two weeks. Every time I click “connect this device” on the sign in page, I get sent to “Webpage not available”, so I cannot connect my device. Is there any solution to my problem? It feels like I’ve wasted my money
