now wifi pass suddenly becomes slow
I used now wifi pass in my house for several months. However, it suddenly became slow on 1/28/2025. It used to have full wifi signals both on the phone and the computer, but it now shows very poor signals on the phone and computer. The download speed is also only about 10 Mbps. Is there a way to fix this?

Hello, @user_0qhofj thank you for taking time out of your day to reach out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place to help get your Now WiFi pass questions answered. I did want to help get the poper expectations set up that we can't assist with Now WiFi pass concerns.
With this product being providing basic internet speed on a public WiFi connection available only in proximity to a hotspot. There could be the max number of people/devices connected to the hotspot, there are no dedicated speeds provided with the Now WiFi pass.
I did find a great article online that says if you have any concerns with the Now WiFi Pass you can reach out to the Xfinity Assistant chat: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/now-wifi-pass. I hope this information is helpful.
