NOW WiFi Pass portal shows 'Something went wrong' error, cannot cancel.
Hi, I need to cancel/unsubscribe from my Xfinity NOW WiFi Pass and turn off auto-renewal.
I've tried to do this myself through the NOW Portal (xfinity.com/now), but every time I try to log in or access my subscription, the page only shows a "Something went wrong" error and I cannot view or manage the subscription at all. This happens consistently, on multiple attempts.
I also do not have a phone number registered to this account, so I'm unable to use phone support. Could you please help me cancel this NOW WiFi Pass subscription and confirm that auto-renewal has been turned off?

To cancel the NOW Wi-Fi Pass, you will need to use the link provided in the payment reminder or notification of pass renewal emails you received if you signed up for auto-renewal. If you cannot find those emails, be sure to check your spam or junk folders. Since NOW Wi-Fi Pass customers do not have an Xfinity account or credentials, all assistance for it is provided through our dedicated NOW support teams at xfinity.com/support/now.
