user_83sojc Thanks for reaching out to us for help here on Forums for you WiFi now pass. Unfortunately that is a prepaid service that we don't have access to on this platform. To get the support you need you would need to use the NOW portal, or the Xfinity assistant to get the help you need. We only have access to post paid accounts on this platform, but those options are available to you for getting help with a prepaid account.
