How do I setup now TV when it does not recognize last 4 digits of phone number in pin request?

I have already been through ALL of your knowlege articles. I have verified that the phone number is correct. The setup procedure does not recognize my CORRECT phone number. I have no choice but to return the equipment and cancel my service.

I guess you guys might be out to lunch or dinner? I did what you asked and they reply was as they say "crickets".  This is too much like work. If comcast did not have a monopoly, the company would never get away with this type of tech support. Somebody needs to tell Cmcast CIO Rick Rioboli that his IT cultural revolution is a big fat failure. The "end-to-end experience" is hellish.
