user_sxwuia Please use this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/now-wifi-pass as it's a complete overview of how the NOW Wi-Fi pass works. At the top, it will mention an 'online chat function" in blue. You will need to click that and the chat as we are unable to assist with the NOW pass at this time.
