Now pass stopped working

I was using my Wi-Fi until it stopped working correctly.

My phone and laptops had also stopped working.

I checked the site it says that it's functional however it isnt showing on my side.

I also restarted both my phone and laptops.

It says that it's connecting and it never connects.

Help please thanks.

I would recommend moving to other locations to ensure you were connected to an active Wi-Fi hotspot.

 

There could be many numerous reasons as to why certain hotspots won't work due to how many other devices could be connected, how far you are away from that hot spot location, or some customers even have the option to turn that Wi-Fi hotspot signal off that comes from their modems.

 

So, moving around will help you find the nearest hot spots as they come from our customers that use our Xfinity modems.
